denk dat je bij een privévoertuig niet altijd een nieuw kenteken moet aanvragen

Normaal moet er nieuw kenteken aangevraagd worden door de nieuwe nummerplaten, maar tijdelijk mag je het oude kenteken nog gebruiken.
